INGREDIENTS
Olive Oil -- 2 tablespoons
Boneless & Skinless Chicken Thighs - 8 thighs
Cumin, Oregano, Salt & Pepper
Naan Bread (flat breads or pocketless pitas) - 4 pieces
Romaine Lettuce
Red Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
CASABLANCA TZATZIKI SAUCE
STEP ONE
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with cumin, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center of each piece registers 165º F, 6 to 7 minutes per side. Cut into bite-size pieces.
STEP TWO
Warm the naan bread in oven. Low broil for 3 minutes. While waiting for the naan bread to warm, pull the CASABLANCA TZATZIKI SAUCE out from your refrigerator and open. Chop the romaine lettuce, red onion and cherry tomatoes.
STEP THREE
Top the flat breads with the chicken, romaine lettuce, onion, tomatoes and CASABLANCA TZATZIKI SAUCE.
