A garlicy twist on our traditional hummus, we pan roast our garlic in pure olive oil and blend it in with our traditional hummus to create a heart healthy, garlic lovers delight.
A throw back to our roots in the Mediterranean, we take top quality Greek Kalamata olives, puree them into a smooth paste and, along with our traditional hummus create a truly authentic twist on the classic.
For those of us who like things a little spicy we use our red chili paste and blend it in with our traditional hummus to kick things up a bit.
This hummus HOT! A combo of heat and smoke packed with flavor that is sure to please any heat aficionado.
We start with locally made organic yogurt, cucumbers, lemon juice, mint and spices to create a tangy, delicious and refreshing dip/sauce for use in a ton of delectable ways.
Using the ripest eggplant, we oven roast and then hand peel our eggplants, blending them with tahini, lemon juice and spices to create a classic dish, very similar to hummus, but with a flavor all of it's own.
